Inspirafit FC Code of Conduct

Respect and Fair Play:
a. Treat all participants, including players, coaches, officials, and fellow members of Inspirafit FC, with respect, fairness, and dignity.
b. Embrace the principles of fair play, sportsmanship, and integrity both on and off the field.
c. Respect the decisions of officials and referees, refraining from disputing or questioning their authority.

Inclusivity and Diversity:
a. Foster an inclusive environment within Inspirafit FC that welcomes players of all backgrounds, genders, ages, and skill levels.
b. Reject any form of discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior based on race, color, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
c. Encourage diversity and promote equal opportunities for participation and advancement within Inspirafit FC.

Safety and Well-being:
a. Prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants by adhering to relevant safety guidelines and procedures.
b. Take necessary measures to prevent injuries, accidents, and ensure a safe playing environment during Inspirafit FC activities.
c. Promptly report any unsafe conditions or behaviors to the appropriate Inspirafit FC officials.

Positive Conduct:
a. Show respect towards opponents, officials, and spectators, regardless of the outcome of the match.

c. Promote positive interactions, teamwork, and camaraderie among all members of Inspirafit FC.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations:
a. Abide by the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by Inspirafit FC.
b. Comply with the laws of the game and any specific guidelines established for Inspirafit FC activities.
c. Cooperate with Inspirafit FC officials and follow their instructions regarding club events and activities.

Responsible Conduct:
a. Refrain from smoking or drinking alcohol during Inspirafit FC activities and events.
b. Conduct oneself in a responsible and respectful manner, avoiding disruptive noise that may disturb the surrounding community.
c. Understand that non-compliance with these rules may result in immediate action, including contacting emergency services (000).
d. Use the club facilities responsibly and ensure they are left clean and in good condition.

Hygiene and Decorum:
a. Refrain from peeing on the ground or exposing oneself in any public or club areas.
b. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness during Inspirafit FC activities and events.

Conflict Resolution:
a. Resolve conflicts or disputes within Inspirafit FC in a calm, constructive, and respectful manner, promoting dialogue and understanding.
